450 to decrease
the property rez-
oned thereby to the
property owned by
the applicant there-
in as reflected on
the applicant's
deed recorded as
instrument number
96005685; amend-
ing the change of
land use district
with respect to cer-
tain lands within
the boundaries of
the City of Chub -
buck from Limited
Residential (R-2) to
Industrial (1) effec-
tive with the effec-
tive date of Ordi-
nance number 450;
and providing
when this ordi-
nance shall be-
come effective;
providing for the
repeal of conflicting
ordinances; provid-
ing for the severa-
bility of the provi-
sions of this ordi-
nance; providing
that this ordinance
shall be in effect
after its passage,
approval and publi-
cation.
