Exp.2/2015 CITY OF CHUBBUCK NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE fS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Chubbuck and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the City Council of the City of Chubbuck will hold a public hearing at Chubbuck City Hall, 5160 Yellowstone Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho, April 14, 2009 at the hour of 7:30 p.rn, Ordinance #661 was passed by the Chubbuck City Council on February 10, 2009 and deemed effective on February 26, 2009 to provide for the establishment of permit fees and other miscel- laneous fees pursuant to Federal regulations for the establishment of methods to control and eliminate the introduction of pollutants of concern into the municipal storm sewer system and into the air shed. General Permits, Site Specific Permits and Special Site Permits shall be established as follows: Current Fee New Fee Single Family Residence with approved building permit Fee Waived Projects encompassing fess than five (5) acres $ 50.00 Projects encompassing between five (5) and ten acres $ 100.00 Projects encompassing more than ten (10) acres $ 150,00 'General Permit fees, Site Specific Permit Fees and Special Site Permit fees shall be reduced by 25% until 12/31/2009 for permit applicants who have completed an approved certification course_ Permit Transfer Fee S 25.00 Renewal Fee of Expired Permit One-half original permit fee Original Permit Fee applied for after Double original permit fee commencement of con- struction Certification fee $ 25.00 Interim Certification Fee $ 25.00 Replacement Fee for Lost Certification Card 1sT replacement during certification period $ -0- 2nd or more replacements during certification period $ 10.00 Training Instructor Certification Application Fee $ 25.00 A more detailed description of the above proposed sewer connection fee is on file in the City Clerk's office at Chubbuck City Mall, 5160 Yellowstone Ave., and is available for inspection during regular business hours. Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony.
