NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use & Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will con-
duct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on
June 2, 2009, at Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the
following items:
An application by Bryan Cooper, PO
Box 2618, Pocatello, Idaho 83201, for a
Conditional Use Permit for a shipping
container sales and rental storage yard.
The property is located at 205 Lake-
shore Drive.
2. Proposed ordinance amending Sec-
tion 18.12.030 (A) to allow temporary'
use of storage or shipping containers in
residential areas.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR
YOUR REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETI-
TIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS
PRIOR TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing items(s),
and at the time indicated will be given
an opportunity to be heard in support of,
or in opposition to the proposal.
