d ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY,
AHO APPROPRIATING THE SEVERAL SUMS OF MONEY DEEMED
ECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES AND
ABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
EGINNING ON THE !�L DAY OF QC.TOBER 2009, AND ENDING
N THE DAY OF SEPTPnMBE. 2010, AND DESIGNATING THE
IFFERENT FUNDS TO WHICH SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID, AND
NOWN AS THE "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF FISCAL
EAR 24QM- 14" PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION
0-1003, IDAHO CODE, PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE
FFECT AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION AC-
ORDING TO LAW.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUN-
3L OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF
DAHO AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the following funds are designated as the proper
unds into which all revenues accruing to the City of Chubbuck from
ill sources shall be paid during the fiscal year beginning on the 11,
Jay of October, 2009, and ending on the 30th. day of Seotember,
7010.
General Fund, Waterworks, Sanitation and Sewage Fund, Chub -
buck Development Authority, Special Revenue Funds, and Park
Dedication Fund.
Section 2: That the following sums of money are hereby ap-
propriated from the General Fund for the payment of all General Fund
Expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:

Section 3: That the following sums of money are hereby appropri-
ated from Waterworks, Sanitation and Sewer Fund for the payment
of all Waterworks, Sanitation and Sewage expenses of the City of
Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:
433 Sanitation - Salaries & Administration $ 1,560,000.00
434 Waterworks - Salaries & Administration $ 2,140,000.00
435 Sewage - Salaries & Administration $ 2,151,329.00 j
CENTRAL GARAGE, WATER, SANI & SEWER $ 5,851,329.00
Section 4: That the following sums of money are hereby appro-
priated from the Chubbuck Development Authority Fund of the City of
Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:
440 Chubbuck Development Authority $ 1,888,928.00
Section 5: That the following sums of money are hereby ap-
propriated from the Special Revenue Funds of the City of Chubbuck
during aforesaid fiscal year:
Special Revenue Funds $ 62,900.00

Section 6: That the following sums of money are hereby appropri-
ated from the Parks Dedication Fund of the City of Chubbuck during
aforesaid fiscal year:

propriated from the Employee Benefit Fund of the City of Chubbuck
during aforesaid fiscal year:

conflict herewith are expressly repealed: That the rule requiring
ordinances to be read on three separate days is hereby dispensed
with, and this ordinance shall become effective upon its approval and
publication as provided by law,
