NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that thel
Chubbuck City Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a public'
hearing at 7:30 p.m, on November 10,
2009 at the Chubbuck City Council
Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone Ave, 1
Chubbuck, Idaho with respect to the fol-
lowing item:
1. An application by The Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter -Day Saints/Darris Ellis
c/o RMES, 2043 E. Center, Pocatello,
Idaho for annexation into the city and
land use designation change from Ban-
nock County Agricultural to City of Chub -
buck Single Family Residential, (R-1) for
property located at north of Homestead
Estate Subdivisions. The Land Use and
Development Commission recommend-
ed approval of the application.
A COPY OF EACH APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR YOUR
REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY AND PETITIONS
MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 DAYS PRIOR.
TO HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing item, and at
the time indicated will be given an oppor-
tunity to be heard in support of, or in op-
position to the proposal.

the Idaho State Journal, a daily newspaper,'
printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock
County, Idaho and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of
