printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock
County, Idaho and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of
which is attached, was published in the said
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following

MUNICIPAL ELECTION
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the General Election to be held in and for the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will be held on Tuesday, the 3rd, day of November, 2009. The
election is held for the purpose of electing a Mayor for a term of four years and two council members for a term of four years.
On Election Day, the polls will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the following designated precinct polling places:
THE BANNOCK COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX SHALL BE THE POLLING PLACE FOR ABSENTEE BALLOTING.
