being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says:
SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 682
An ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, a
Municipal Corporation of the State of Ida-
ho, amending Section 10.08.050 to pro-
vide for a fifteen mile an hour speed limit
in the Rachel's Rainbow Subdivision and
in the roundabout at Hiline Road and
Mountain Park Road and a 35 mile per
hour speed limit on Siphon Road be-
tween Yellowstone and Hiline; providing
for the repeal of conflicting ordinances;
providing that all other provisions of
Chapter 10.08 not amended shall remain
in effect; providing for the severability of
the provisions of this ordinance; provid-
ing that this ordinance shall be in effect
after its passage, approval and publica-
tion.

83202.
I have reviewed the foregoing summary
and believe it provides a true and correct
summary of Ordinance No. 682 and that
the summary provides adequate notice
to the public of the contents of this ordi-
nance.

the Idaho State Journal, a daily newspaper,
printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock
County, Idaho and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of
