Special Council Meeting Minutes
March 29, 2013
2:00 p.m.
Minutes of a regular Council Meeting held at the Chubbuck City Council Chambers, March 29,
2013.
Present: Mayor Steven England, Council Members: Josh Ellis, Kevin England, Brent Marshall,
Kermit Morrison. Attorney Thomas Holmes, City Clerk Rich Morgan, Fire Chief Eric King.
The meeting was called to order at 2:00pm by Mayor Steven England.
The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was led by Mayor Steven England.
Executive Session; to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints
or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent per Idaho
Code 67- 2345(1)(b)
Council Member Morrison moved to go into executive session. Council Member England
seconded. Roll call vote: England -yes, Ellis -yes, Marshall -yes, Morrison -yes.
Council Member Ellis moved to go out of executive session. Council Member Marshall
seconded. Roll call vote: England -yes, Ellis -yes, Marshall -yes, Morrison -yes.
At 4:37pm Council Member England moved to Adjourn. Council Member Morrison seconded
and the full Council approved.
