COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
August 21, 1984
Minutes of a special council meeting held in the city municipal building on,
August 21, 1984.
Present: Mayor John 0. Cotant, Jr., Councilmembers Leroy S. Quick, Thomas S.
Nield, Steven M. England, Engineer Steven M. Smart and City Clerk Ron C.
Conlin. Attorney B. Lynn Winmill was excused.
Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
OBJECT OF SPECIAL MEETING was to consider and adopt 1984-85 tentative budget
and to set time and place for public hearing on budget.
BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1984-85 - City Clerk Ron C. Conlin presented 1984-85
tentative budget to Mayor Cotant and Council.
After considerable discussion Councilman Nield moved to adopt the 1984-85
tentative budget as read. Councilman England seconded. All councilmembers
present voted in favor of motion.
At 11:00 p.m., Councilman Quick moved, Councilman England seconded, with full
council approval to adjourn meeting

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned
Mayor of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby calls a special
meeting of the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone., at the hour of 7:30
p.m., on this date the 21 of August, 1984. The object of
the special meeting shall be to consider the following:
Discuss and adopt tentative budget and set time and place
for public hearing on budget.

TO: MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO.
Pursuant to the call set forth above, notice is hereby
given of a special meeting of the Chubbuck City Council at
the titre and place, and for the object, recited in the call.
