Continuation of Adjourned meeting which was adjourned
to Feb 28th at 8.0p.m.
Meeting was called to order and again adjourned due to lack of
time in preparing certain_ papers. Transferred to Tuesday March lst

Meeting called to order at 8.0p.1-- .
Yembers present Hansen Ward Frasure Fenwick and Valenty.
First order of business was the continuation of discussion of
proposed ordinance on annexation of certain properties adjothng
present village boundaries.
Mr S.A.Mingo protest 20 acres offers four rods.
Notion by Mr Fenwick to read Ordinance seconded by TP "r Hansen.
All in favour. Proposed Ord.inanne read through in its entirety
by N.r Whittier. T, "otion made by Mr Ward to suspend rules.
Seconded by Mr Fra -mure.
Ward Yes. Frasure Yes Hansen Yes Fenwick Yes Valenty Yes.
Discusstton on Ordinance possibilities then took place.
Possibilty of reduced tax assessments.
Yajority of Board Members seem to be in agreement.
Vote on passage of Ordinance as follows.
Mr Ward Yes Hansen Yes Frasure Yes Fenwick Yes Valenty $ #$.No.
Mr Pierce stated he cannot get planning Board together and
asks for additional members.
Suggested to recruit members from new annexed lands.

Clerk instructed to publish Ordinance in the Alameda Intermountain
Enterprise, which has been done.
