OF THE VILLAGF OF CHUBBUCK,HELD JAN.I2,1954 IN TFh VILLAGE
OFFICE IN CHUBBUCK,IDAHO
The Following Members were present,Valenty,Ward,Fenwick
Absent were Gianninni,and Frasure.
The minutes of the previous meeting; were read and approved
All bills were read and approved for payment.Motion made by
Ward see.by Fenwick for payment motion carried.
It was brought up by the Clerk that a price should be set on
the apartment used by the Chief of Police Carl Hensley.
Motion hade by Fenwick after discussion that ;50.00 be set
as price.Motion sec.by Ward motion carried.
Letter recieved from Robertson - Whitsell Agency of Twin Falls
regarding insurance on water pump.It was decided to contact
some other insurance companys as to charges for this type
insurance.
Mr.Ward brought up the matter of taxation'df the Village of
Chubbuck.It was decided to inquire about procdure.
Meeting adjourned at 9.25 P.M.
