Hale, John Aljets and the Clerk. The following proceedings were had,to -wit: In the matter of creating; the Village of ) g Chubbuck ) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - After taking the matter under advisement in regard to the petitions discussed by Attorneys Black & Black and ;?ilton E. Zener on December 5th, as to the Incorporation of Chubbuck, it was the unanimous vote of the Board that the Petition represented by Black & Black be rejected, and the Petition represented by Milton E. Zener be accepted, as in the opinion of the Board this Petition covers Chubbuck, and will benefit more people than the Petition presented by Black & Black It is, therefore, the further order of the Board that the following Order of In- corporation be spread on the minutes creating the Village of Chubbuck: IN THE MATTER OF THE INCORPORATION OF THE ) VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK ) ORDER OF INCORPORATION 1111EREAS, there has heretofore been filed with and presented to the Board of County Comzissioners of Bannock County, Idaho, a Petition signed by more than a majority of the taxable inhabitants of the real property described in the Petition, and wherein said peti- tioners pray that they be incorporated as a villa -e under the laws.of the State of Idaho, ; and in which Petition they designate the name of 'YCHUBBUCK" as the name they wish to assume, land describe with particularity the territory to be included therein by metes and bonds, to which Petition was attached a plat or map showin; the boundaries of the proposed village; and MiEREAS, it appears to the Board that there are more than one hundred twenty -five f(125) actual residents residing within the territory described in said Petition, and that more than a majority of the taxable inhabitants of the said territory therein described st ned said Petition, and that said Petition is in all respects true and correct and in full carnnliance with t }le statutory require+.nents; and rn; {l'.
