COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
April 291h, 2003
Minutes of a Special Meeting held at the Chubbuck City Council Chambers, April 29`h, 2003.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Council members Leroy S. Quick, Steven M. England, Marvin
C. Gunter, B. Kent Kearns and Deputy Clerk Myrna Crapo.
Meeting was called to order at 1:10 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
PURPOSE OF THE MEETING is to conduct a Open House to discuss the City Hall
Addition/Remodel.
The council discussed ways to pay back the cost of the remodel.
Councilman England moved that we extend the payback a longer period of time, and pay
back sooner if possible using the interest savings toward the cost of the remodel /addition,
Councilman Quick seconded. All council members voted in favor of motion.
At 2:00 p.m, Councilman England moved, Councilman ick seconded, with full council
approval to adjourn meeting. '

Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50 -604, the undersigned Mayor of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck Municipal
Building, at the hour oft :00 p.m, on Tuesday, the 29', day of April, 2003. The purpose of the
