NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the General City Election to be held in and
for the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will be held on Tuesday, the 2nd day of November,
1971, on which day polls will be open from 12:00 noon until S :OC oTclock p.m. at
the following designated polling place:
Chubbuck Fire Station - 4727 Yellowstone Ave,, Chubbuck, Idaho
In order to vote at-this election, each voter must meet the following
requirements:
1. He must be at least 18 years of age;
2. He must be a citizen of the United States;
3. He must have resided within the corporate limits of the city for not
less than three months preceding the election;
4. He must have registered for the election or must have voted at the
last general city election held by this City.
5. Is otherwise qualified under Sections 50 -411 and 50 -412, Idaho Code.
City Electors may register from and after the date of posting or publication
of this notice during regular business hours on each day except Sundays and holidays
until and including Saturday next preceding the election date. On Thursday and
Friday and Saturday next preceding the above noticed election, electors may register
between the hours of 9 :OC otclock a.m. and 5 :00 o'clock p.m. and between the hours
of 7:00 p.m. and 9 :00 o1clock p.m.
