June 26', 2007
Minutes of a Special Meeting held at the Chubbuck City Council Chambers, June 26", 2007.
Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Council members Leroy S. Quick, Kent Kearns, Dennis
Stoddard, Richard Morgan, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Public Works Director Steven
M. Smart and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin.
Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor England.
PURPOSE OF MEETING is to discuss 2007 -2008 FY Proposed Public Works and Parks
Department Budget.
2007 -2008 FY PROPOSED PARKS DEPARTMENT BUDGET - Parks Superintendent Billy
Guinn presented the 2007 -2008 FY proposed Parks Department Budget.
PWD Smart stated two individuals have retired this fiscal year from the Parks
Department.
PS Guinn stated the Parks Department is asking for a 2007 -2008 FY Budget of $661,651,
$6,000. over last year's budget.
2007 -2008 FY PROPOSED HS &R'S AND CHUBBUCK DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
BUDGET-
PWD Smart presented the Building, HS &R's and Chubbuck Development Authority
Department's 2007 -2008 FY Budget, explaining the necessary increases.
PWD Smart recommended we create another department showing expenditures outside
of the HS &R Department within the General Fund for the MPS Storm Water Permit
program. PWD Smart stated the MPS Storm Water Permit is an unfunded mandate.
At 7:25 p.m, Councilman Quick moved, Councilman Morgan seconded, with full council
approval to adjourn meeting.

Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50 -604, the undersigned Mayor of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of the City Council to be held in the Chubbuck City
Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho at the hour of 6:30 p.m Tuesday,
June 26th, 2007 to discuss 2007 -2008 Fiscal Year Pub ' Works and Parks deet.
