APPROVAL OF CREDITOR STATEMENTS BY ENGINEER AND MAYOR
Pursuant to Ordinance No. 170 of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, the
undersigned Engineer and Mayor (representative of City) of the
City of Chubbuck hereby certify with respect to each of the attached
statements from the creditors listed below that payment thereof is
approved to pay for materials supplied or work satisfactorily per-
formed and completed in substantial compliance with the plans and
specifications of the work involved, in connection with the Project
specified in Ordinance No. 170.
