October 17, 1978
Minutes of the adjourned council meeting of October 10, 1978 held in
the city municipal building October 17, 1978.
Present: Mayor JOhn O. Cotant, Jr., Councilmen Boyd L. Fullmer, Dwain
A Kinghorn, LeRoy S. Quick, EArl L. Romreill, Attorney Donald L.
Burnett, Jr., and Clerk Vera C. Armstrong.
Meeting called to order at 11:20 p.m. by Mayor Cotant

ORDINANCE #193 - confirming the creation of Local IMprovement District No. 1
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho; providing that expenses of improvements
made in said district, and related costs, be paid by installments;
providing for issuance of improvement of bonds of the district in the
name of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho; setting forth the contents of
said bonds and coupons; assessing costs and expenses against the parcels
of land in said district and describing the manner of said assessments;
establishing the lien of such assessments and interest; providing for
the publication of this ordinance in the Idaho State Journal, the
official newspaper of the City; protecting the foregoing provisions
from repeal; and providing when this ordianance shall become effective,
was read in full by Mayor Cotant.
Councilman Romriell moved to dispense with rule requiring ordinances to be
read on three separate days. Councilman Fullmer seconded motion. Roll
call vote: Fullmer, yes; I<Inghorn, yes; Quick, yes; Romriell, yes.
Councilman Quick moved to adopt Ordinance #193. Councilman Kinghorn
seconded motion. Roll call vote: Fullmer, yes; Kinghorn, yes;
Quick, yes; Romriell, yes.
Councilman Kinghorn moved, Quick seconded with all councilmen approving
that meeting adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 11:40 p.m.
