COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
August 24, 1978
Minutes of the recessed meeting of August 23, 1978 held in the city
municipal building August 24, 1978.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Jr., Councilmen Boyd L. Fullmer, Dwain
A. Kinghorn, LeRoy S. Quick, Engineer Steven M. Smart and City Clerk
Vera C. Armstrong. Attorney Donald L. Burnett and Councilman Earl
L. Romriell excused.
TENTATIVE FISCAL 1979 BUDGET - Councilman Kinghorn moved to approve
the tentative budget as agreed upon during the past two budget workshops
held August 23 and 24 at 4:00 p.m. Councilman Fullmer seconded motion
,with an unanimous approval of councilmen.
Councilman Fullmer moved, Quick seconded with full council approval
adjourn council meeting at 6:45 p.m.
