CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
RESOLUTION No. 2011 -10
WHEREAS, the Chubbuck Impact Area Wastewater Collection Authority
( "Authority ") was formed by a Joint Powers Agreement between the cities of Chubbuck and
Pocatello and Bannock County;
WHEREAS, the City of Chubbuck by its ordinance number 658, the City of Pocatello
by its resolution 2008 -03 and Bannock County by its ordinance 2008 -3 provided for a sewer
connection fee. Modification could be adopted to the bylaws by resolution of the respective
governing board from time to time after recommendation by the Chubbuck Impact Area
Wastewater Collection Authority.
WHEREAS, the Authority has recommended changing regular meeting schedule from
monthly to quarterly.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City
of Chubbuck as follows:
Monthly Authority meetings will be changed to quarterly beginning at 10:00 a.m. on
the last Thursday of each of the calendar months of January, April, July and October.

SEPTEMBER 6, 2011.
