CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
RESOLUTION NO. 2011-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF FEES, CHARGES
AND RATES PROMULGATED BY THE CHUBBUCK IMPACT AREA WASTEWATER
COLLECTION AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the Chubbuck Impact Area Wastewater Collection Authority ( "Authority ") was formed
by a Joint Powers Agreement between the Cities of Chubbuck and Pocatello and Bannock County;
WHEREAS, The Authority has promulgated Sewer Regulations providing for a schedule of rates, fees,
deposits and charges for the wastewater system and services to users (Schedule of Fees), to be set by
resolution, which Sewer Regulations were formally adopted June 25, 2009;
WHEREAS, the City of Chubbuck by its Ordinance No. 673, adopted the Chubbuck Impact Area
Wastewater Collection Authority Sewer Regulations;
WHEREAS, the Authority has adopted by Resolution 2010 -1 a Schedule of Fees pursuant to the Sewer
Regulations;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Chubbuck that
effective January 1, 2011, the following schedule of rates, fees, deposits and charges (Schedule of Fees)
pursuant to Chubbuck Municipal Code Chapter 13.32 are hereby adopted as follows:
