RESOLUTION NO. 8 -2010
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING THE SERVICE
CONNECTION COSTS TO BE CHARGED BY THE CITY FOR RESIDENTIAL WATER SERVICE
CONNECTIONS TO THE MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, Section 13.04.010 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code provides that
the costs for residential water service connections shall be set by resolution:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Chubbuck
that, effective August 1, 2010, the connection costs for one inch (1 ") residential
water service connections shall be as follows:
WATER SERVICE CONNECTION COSTS
SERVICE SETTING TYPE
Single Service Setting
(1 service per meter vault)
Double Service Setting
(2 services per meter vault)
CONNECTION COST PER SERVICE
$ 950.00
$ 850.00
These costs do not include trench excavation, backfill or pavement repair.
