CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
RESOLUTION No. 10 -2009
WHEREAS, the Chubbuck Impact Area Wastewater Collection Authority was formed by
a Joint Powers Agreement between the cities of Chubbuck and Pocatello and Bannock County;
WHEREAS, the City of Chubbuck, by its ordinance number 658, the City of Pocatello by
its resolution 2008 -30 and Bannock County by its ordinance number 2008 -3 provided for a sewer
connection fee and further provided that modifications to the connection fee could be adopted by
resolution of the respective governing board from time to time after recommendation by the
Chubbuck Impact Area Wastewater Collection Authority;
WHEREAS, the Authority has recommended increasing the connection fee to $5490;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Chubbuck as follows:
The sewer connection fee is increased to $5490 effective for building permits issued after
January 1, 2010.
