HomeMy WebLinkAbout2009-007 Comprehensive Plan Update/"%, CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO RESOLUTION NO. 7 -2009 1'\ WHEREAS, the City of Chubbuck periodically updates the Comprehensive Plan ( "Plan "). WHEREAS, the Land Use and Development Commission ( "Commission "), at its meeting on July 7, 2009, considered a proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Plan, which amendment the Commission recommend the City Council deny. WHEREAS, the City Council, at its August 11, 2009 meeting, considered the amendment and approved the change. WHEREAS, Idaho Code § 67 -6509 (c) requires the City Council to adopt any change to the Plan by resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Chubbuck as follows: A. The Comprehensive Plan adopted January 8, 2002, and updated on March 25, 2003, and November 9, 2004, is reaffirmed as the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Chubbuck with the following changes: The Urban Service Boundary is extended to include the property described on the attached Exhibit "A ". B. The revised Comprehensive Plan Map attached is adopted as the Comprehensive Plan Map of the City of Chubbuck.
