RESOLUTION No. 5 -2009
WHEREAS, the City of Chubbuck records listed below have been preserved according to
Idaho State Code, and
WHEREAS, this body has the legal authority to order destruction of records pursuant to
Idaho Statute Title 50, Chapter 9,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Chubbuck hereby approve the destruction of the following documents:
