RESOLUTION NO. 10 -2008
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING THE RATES TO BE
CHARGED BY THE CITY FOR WASTEWATER COLLECTION AND TREATMENT SERVICES
FURNISHED THROUGH THE MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, Section 13.04.020 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code provided that
the rates for wastewater collection and treatment services furnished through the
municipal wastewater system shall be set by resolution, and
WHEREAS, Section 9 of the Pocatello - Chubbuck wastewater treatment
agreement dated July 19, 2007, requires Chubbuck to pay to Pocatello, connection
(or system capacity) fees set by Pocatello
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Chubbuck
that effective, October 1, 2008 the connection fees for this service shall amended
by adding, as follows:
POCATELLO WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
SYSTEM CAPACITY FEES
Residential /Commercial Users
3/4" or 1" water connection $1,060.00
1 -1/2" water connection $2,120.00
2 " water connection $3,390.00
Industrial Users (abnormal strengths or volumes, multiple meters, meters larger
than 2 ", or BOD /or total suspended solids greater than 200 ppm, or TKN greater
than 35 mg /I, or phosphorus greater than 7 mg /I.) Effective October 1, 2008:
volume fee $1.13 per gpd
BOD fee $339.20 per lb/day
TSS fee $450.77 per lb/day
TKN $2,230.36 per lb/day
Phosphorus $4,779.10 per lb /day

CHUBBUCK, THIS 25th DAY OF November, 2008.
