RESOLUTION No. 17 -2007
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING THE RATES TO BE
CHARGED BY THE CITY FOR GARBAGE COLLECTION PROVIDED THROUGH THE
MUNICIPAL SANITARY SERVICE SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, Section 13.03.010 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code provides for
garbage collection and disposal rates through the sanitary services should be set by
resolution; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Chubbuck,
that effective, December 1, 2007, the monthly charges for Commercial- industrial
Large Container /R011 -off service shall be as follows:
SANITATION SERVICE RATES
for Commercial - industrial Large Container /Roiloff Service
Service Ra
Larne container /ROiloff
Container Size Container Fee
30 CY S90.00 per month
$ 3.00 per day
Collection and hauling fee per service S145.00
Landfill Disposal tipping fees and sales tax not included.
