RESOLUTION NO. _1_4_-2007
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO AMENDING THE GARBAGE
COLLECTION SCHEDULE PROVIDED THROUGH THE MUNICIPAL SANITARY SERVICE
SYSTEM.
WHEREAS Section 13.28.080 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code provides that the city shall
prepare a map or schedule, which will establish the days on which the city conducts residential
garbage collection and further provides that any changes in said map or schedule shall only be made
by resolution of the City Council; and
NOW, therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Chubbuck that, effective
December 1, 2007, residential garbage collection days for all areas lying within the boundaries of the
City of Chubbuck. shall be as follows:
MONDAYS: That portion of Section 2 lying west of Hiline Road, the east one -half of Section 3, the
northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 4, and Section 34,
TUESDAYS: That portion of Section 2 lying east of Hiline Road, that portion of the northwest
quarter of Section 10 lying east of Union Pacific Railroad, and the north one -half of Section 11,
WEDNESDAYS: The south one -half of Section 4 and the south one -half of Section 5,
THURSDAYS: The west one -half of Section 3, the south one -half of the northeast quarter of
Section 4, the north one -half of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 10,
FRIDAYS: The northeast quarter of Section 8, the north one -half of Section 9, and all of Section 10
excluding the north one -half of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter,
The map depicting these collection areas and collection days is attached as Exhibit A.
