ORDINANCE #661
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE
#649, THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 1ST, 2007
AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30TH, 2008; APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT
ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO IN THE SUM OF
$2394,056. AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO:
Section 1: That Ordinance #649, the appropriating ordinance for the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2007 and ending September 30, 2008, be the
same is hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of $ 72,235. be appropriated out of Fire Department Grants
received and additional General Fund Revenues received to be used for authorized
activities;
That the additional sum of $1,945,165. be appropriated from a sanitation loan received to
be used for authorized activities;
That the additional sum of $ 131,000. be appropriated from Chubbuck Tax Increment
Revenue to be used for authorized activities.
That the additional sum of $245,656. be appropriated from the Employee Benefit Fund
Balance to be used for authorized activities.
Section 2: That the rule requiring ordinances to be read on three separate days is hereby
dispensed with, and this ordinance shall become effective upon its approval and publications
provided by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, this 11 day of November, 2008.
