0657 Annual Appropriation 2008CITY OF CHUBBUCK ORDINANCE #657 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO APPROPRIATING THE SEVERAL SUMS OF MONEY DEEMED NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE 1 ST. DAY OF OCTOBER, 2008, AND ENDING ON THE 30TH. DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2009, AND DESIGNATING THE DIFFERENT FUNDS TO WHICH SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID, AND KNOWN AS THE "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF FISCAL YEAR 2008-2009" PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 50-1003, IDAHO CODE, PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING TO LAW. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That the following funds are designated as the proper funds into which all revenues accruing to the City of Chubbuck from all sources shall be paid during the fiscal year beginning on the 1 st., day of October, 2008, and ending on the 30th. day of September, 2009. General Fund, Waterworks, Sanitation and Sewage Fund, Chubbuck Development Authority, Special Revenue Funds, and Park Dedication Fund. The land use district established by the Chubbuck Land Use Ordinance, with respect to the lands described below, located within the boundaries of the City of Chubbuck, are hereby changed as indicated: # 1: Gary Nelson - See Exhibit A for legal description - from Agricultural (A) to Limited Commercial (C-1) #2: Alpine Animal Hospital - See Exhibit B for legal description - from Limited Residential (R-2) to Industrial (I). SECTION 2. Comprehensive Plan. The Mayor and Council find, and therefore declare, that the foregoing changes in the Land Use Districts established in Title 18, Chubbuck Code, are consistent with the land use pattern prescribed by the City's Comprehensive Plan for the above-described property. SECTION 3. Effective Date. Full, public hearings having been conducted in this matter, the rule requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate days, one of which shall be a reading in full, is hereby dispensed with, and this Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
