Minutes of a Special Council Meeting held at the Chubbuck City Council Chambers, February
6` ", 2008.
Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Council members Kent Kearns, Dennis Stoddard, Richard
Morgan, Kermit G. Morrison and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin. Attorney Thomas J. Holmes
and Public Works Director Steven M. Smart were excused.
Meeting was called to order at 4:35 p.m. by Mayor England.
PURPOSE OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING is to canvass results of 2008 Holt Arena
General Obligation Bond Election.
CANVASS OF 2008 HOLT ARENA GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND ELECTION
RESULTS - Shall the City of Chubbuck be authorized to issue and sell its general
obligation public building bonds in an amount of up to $3,840,000 payable from ad
valorem taxes.
City Clerk Ron C. Conlin presented the election results.
After a thorough canvass of election records, Councilman Stoddard moved to accept the
results of the 2008 Holt Arena General Obligation Bond Election, Councilman Kearns
seconded. All council members voted in favor of motion.
Tabulation of votes were: In Favor of 331, Against, 1,611.
At 5:55 p.m, Councilman Morgan moved, Councilman Morrison seconded, with full council
approval to adjourn meeting.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50 -604, the undersigned Mayor of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of the City Council to be held in the Chubbuck City
Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho at the hour of 4:30 p.m, Wednesday,
February 6th, 2008. The purpose of Special Meeting shall be to canvass votes for the 2008 Holt
Arena General Obligation Election.
