Minutes of a Special Council Meeting held at the Chubbuck City Council Chambers, April 22nd
2008.
Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Council members Kent Kearns, Dennis Stoddard, Kermit G.
Morrison, Rebecca Ponkow, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes, Public Works Director Steven ;
M. Smart and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin.
Meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m. by Mayor England.
PURPOSE OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING is to conduct a Chubbuck Development
Authority Meeting.
CHUBBUCK DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING -
(Minutes attached).
At 7:30 p.m, Councilman Stoddard moved, Councilman Morrison seconded, with full council
approval to adjourn meeting.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEE17ING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50 -604, the undersigned Mayor of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of the City Council to be held in the Chubbuck City
Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho at the hour of 6:30 p.m, Tuesday, April
22nd, 2008. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to conduct a Chubbuck Development
Authority Meeting to discuss tax increment boundaries.
