COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
November 7`h, 2007
Minutes of a Special Meeting held at the Chubbuck City Council Chambers, November 7`h,
2007.
Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Council members Leroy S. Quick, Kent Kearns, Dennis
Stoddard, Richard Morgan and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin. Attorney Thomas J. Holmes
and Public Works Director Steven M. Smart were excused.
Meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. by Mayor England.
PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING shall be to canvass results of 2007 City General Election.
CANVASS OF 2007 ELECTION RESULTS - The election held November 6`h, 2007 was for
election of two City Council members for four year terms.
City Clerk Ron Conlin presented the election results.
After a thorough canvass of election records presented by Bannock County Elections,
Councilman Quick moved to accept the tabulation of votes as prepared by the Election
Judges, Clerks and Bannock County Election Workers proclaiming the elections results
as final, Councilman Morgan seconded. All council members voted in favor of motion.
Tabulation of votes for council members were: Kermit G. Morrison =903;
Kent Kearns =702; Joshua D. Ellis =520; John O. Cotant =438. Highest two vote getters
were Kermit G. Morrison and Kent Kearns.
At 4:46 p.m, Councilman Morgan moved, Councilman Stoddard seconded, with full council
approval to adjourn meeting.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50 -604, the undersigned Mayor of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of the City Council to be held in the Chubbuck City
Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho at the hour of 4:30 p.m, Wednesday,
November 7th, 2007. The purpose of Special Meeting shall be to canvass votes for the 2007
General City Election.

Pursuant to the call set forth above, notice is hereby given of a special meeting of the
