COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
October 22nd, 2002
Minutes of a Special Meeting held at the Chubbuck City Council Chambers, October 22nd, 2002.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Council members Leroy S. Quick, Steven M. England, Marvin
C. Gunter, B. Kent Kearns, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin.
Meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING is to go into executive session meeting as authorized by
Idaho Code 67 -2345 (b) to discuss Fire Department personnel issues.
EXECUTIVE SESSION MEETING - At 5:30 p.m, Councilman Quick moved to go into
executive session meeting as authorized by Idaho Code 67 -2345 (b) to discuss Fire
Department personnel issues, Councilman Kearns seconded. Roll Call Vote: Quick, yes;
England, yes; Gunter, yes; Kearns, yes. 100% of the Council voted in favor of motion.
Fire Department personnel discussion.
No final action or decision was made.
At 7:08 p.m, Councilman Gunter moved to adjourn from executive session meeting, Councilman
Quick seconded. All council members voted in favor of the motion.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50 -604, the undersigned Mayor of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck Municipal
Building, at the hour of 5:30 p.m, on Tuesday, the 22"d day of October, 2002. The purpose of the
special meeting to go into executive session as authorized by Idaho Code 67 -2345 (b) regarding
U. 1-% Department personnel issues.
