COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES

Minutes of a Special Meeting held at the Chubbuck City Council Chambers, October 8 ', 2002.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Council members Leroy S. Quick, Steven M. England, Marvin
C. Gunter, B. Kent Kearns, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin.
Meeting was called to order at 5:42 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING was to 1) Discuss Police Department personnel concerns.
2) Discuss concerns about Green Triangle security.
At 5:43 p.m, Councilman Quick moved to go into executive session meeting as authorized by
Idaho Code #67 -2345 (c) to conduct deliberations concerning labor negotiations and
Idaho Code #67 -2345 (f) to consider and advise its legal representative there is a general
public awareness of probable litigation.
Discussion about the Green Triangle security.
No action or final decision was made.
At 7:25 p.m, Councilman England moved, Councilman Quick seconded, with full council
approval to adjourn the executive session meeting.

CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50 -604, the undersigned Mayor of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck Municipal
Building, at the hour of 5:30 p.m, on Tuesday, the 8`i' day of October, 2002. The purpose of the
special meeting is to 1) Discuss Police Department Employees concerns. 2) Discuss concerns
about Green Triangle security.
