COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
December 17, 1987
Minutes of a special meeting held in the city municipal building,
December 17, 1987.
Present:'~myor John O. Cotant, Jr., Councilmembers Leroy S. Quick, Steven M.
England, Boyd L. Fullmer, Engineer Steven M. Smart and City Clerk Ron C.
Conlin. Officer Dick Webb was present.
Meeting called to order at 2:00 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING is to interview applicants for City Attorney
position.
Mayor Cotant and Council met with the following applicants for the purpose of
interviewing them for the City Attorney position.
Edward J. Berrett
Steven G. Wood
Ben Cavaness & Henry R. Boomer
Kelly Kumm
Dave R. Gallafent
Jenkins Law Office
Canvaness & Boomer
Dial, Looze & May
Merrill & Merrill
After considerable discussion, it was decided Mayor Cotant and Council would
invite the following for a second interview-on Monday, Decemben 21, 1987 at 3:00 p.
Monte R. Whittier & John C. Souza Whittier & Souza, P.A.
Frederick F. Belzer
Thomas J. Holmes & Howard D. Burnett Hawley, Troxell, Ennis & Hawley
At 5:30 p.m., Councilman Fullmer moved, Councilman England seconded, with full
council ~pproval to adjourn the meeting.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned
Mayor of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby calls a
special meeting of the City Council to be held at the
Chubbuck City Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone ave.,
at the hour of 2:00 p.m., on the 17th day of December,
1987. The object of the special meeting shall be to
1) interview applicants for City Attorney position.

hereby given of a special meeting of the Chubbuck City
