n Minutes of the regular meeting of the Land Use and Development Commission held in the City
Municipal Building December 5, 2002
Present: Chairman Pete Anderson; Commission members Don Moore, Dusty Whited, Ray Rosen,
Mary Harker, Nolan Briscoe, Gayle Anderson; Attorney Tom Holmes; City staff: Larry Kohntopp,
and secretary Myrna Crapo.
Chairman Anderson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Chairman Anderson asked for approval of the minutes of December 5, 2002. Don Moore
moved to approve the minutes, Dusty Whited seconded; all voted in favor.
PUBLIC HEARING:
1. An application by City of Chubbuck, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho 83202 for a
annexation and change of Land Use District to Limited Residential (R -2). Property is
located at 10613 N. Hiline Road.
The meeting was opened for public comment, there was none. The public hearing was closed
and brought back to the commission for discussion and a motion.
n Don Moore moved to recommend to the city council annexation and change of land use to
limited Residential R -2 for 10613 N. Hiline Road. Gayle Anderson, seconded. Roll Call vote:
Don Moore, yes; Dusty Whited, yes; Ray Rosen, yes; Mary Harker, yes; Nolan Briscoe, yes;
Gayle Anderson, yes; Pete Anderson, yes.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Comprehensive Plan. Mary Harker moved for our next scheduled meeting to have a public
hearing on the Comprehensive Plan "Our Valley our vision ". Ray Rosen seconded.
All voted in favor.
Mary Harker proposed that a letter go out from the commission to Wally Wright's family.
Myrna Crapo will write the letter and Pete Anderson will sign it..
Dusty Whited informed the commission that he is resigning from the commission. Don Moore
also stated that he is moving the end of this Aiontk (}nd this would be his last meeting. This will
leave us with three vacancies.
At 7:10 p.m. Dusty Whited moved to a4o A4hjVon Moore seconding.
