building at 7:00 P.M. , October 21, 1970.
Present: Allen Martin, Del Pete~s, Dwain Kinghorn, Rodney
Parrish, Mayor John Cotant and Wayne Ellis, Pocatello Building
Inspector. A reporter fzom the Idaho State Journal was also
present, George Neavoll.
Wayne Ellis presented a colored map of Chubbuck, showing how
it would be zoned using Pocatello's zoning prodecures, as called
out in Pocatello's zoning ordinance. Mr. Ellis explained each
area and commented as to ~hy it would be zoned as he had zoned
it. He also answered many questions.
Mayor Cotant gave each board member a map of Chubbuck and
asked them to take it home and zone and color it as each felt
it should be and return them to the next board meeting.
Future zoning Board meetings are to be held on the 2nd and 2th
Thursdays of each month.
Mayor Cotant asked Dwain Kinghorn to act as secretary and keep
minutes of each meeting.
It was agreed there should be (7) seven members on the Zoning
Board.
Meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
