~[eeting called to order by Chairman Del Peters
Cor~ission members present were Del Peters, Allen Martin, Jack kenard, Jim Branson,
Rod Parrish and. Earl [~omriell of the city board ~zas also present.
Cortez Christensen of Shelley, idaho ~.~as present representing Mr. Heer, who has an
option to buy a lot on Burley Drive. Mr. Heer has a home loan approved to build on
the lot. The lot being O1.77' wide and 215' deep. The home plan calls for a~O' house
and 11' garage. Mr. Christensen asked for a variance on the side footage requirem~ts
for the building~ This would give them no access to the rear of the lot. Mr. Heer
said he had pen~ission of a right of way accross other ~roperty to get to the back of
his lot. It was suggestea he acquire an easement to accomplish this. They were
asked to get a plat of this area and a drawing of the lot with house plan showing
where it would be located, then the planning commission could make a decision, as this
would be as per the Zoning ordinance.
