Meeting called to order by Chairman Del Peters at 7:00 P. M. October 7, 1971
Present were Del Peters, Dwain Kinghorn, Jack Renard, James Branson, Allen Martin
And Councilman Earl Romriell.
Proposed trailer ordinance was read and discussed and proposed changes made.
Suggestion was made tha~ all commission members should have copy of ordinance.
Earl Romriell said Joe Orennan and Jordan Stuart should have co~ies of all new
dev®lopements.
Commission all agreed that all trailers should be skirted with a none-flamable
substance.
Del Peters stated that a lf0 square foot minimum be allo~ed for patios.
Section 9, 10, ll~and section 12 paragraph i a~.plies to dependant mobile home
court s.
Jack Menard suggested that fire hydrants should be within 300 foot radius.
Section 5, #5 should changed to 10 feet.
Delete J of section 7.
Delete section 16 & 17.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:00 P. M.
