Chubbuck Elementary School. This being the first Public Hearing on Zoning the
City.
Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman Del Peters.
Present: Del Peters, Allen Martin, Jim Branson, Jack Menard, Rod Parrish and
Dwain Kinghorn. Dennis Leslie, Paul Thompson from the city council,
also about 30 citizens of the City attended as this was the public
hearing meeting.
The first of a series on a proposed Zoning map and Zoning Ordinance for the
City of Chubbuck.
Much of the time was spent on the request of Ralph Bistline to build a mobile
home estate on his property at Hi-line and Chubbuck Road. A group of residents
in that area appeared to make known a protest to his building this mobile estate.
The proposed map was shown and the zoning code explained. This discussion took
up the balance of the evening.
Meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
