their home.
Ralph B. Bistline, Kent Parrish and Max Parrish requested the commission to classify
and zone R-2T all the land lying south of Chubbuck Road and extending south to the
interstate highway and east of the railroad track to the east boundary of the Bistline
estate above the hiline canal. Mr. aalph Bistline wants to construct a mobile home
estate on the land he himself owns which is located at the corner of Chubbuck and
Hiline Roads with ll acres in all. Rod Parrish made a motion t~at we recommend to the
city council that they Zone all the land described above R-2T. The zoning commission
felt this would be presumptuous and too indefinate at this time and asked Mr. Parrish
to change his motion to read to classify and zone R-2T to just the land that Nr. Bistline
owns. This was seconded by Jack Menard and accepted by the ~oning commission~ subject
to the adoption of a Mobile Home Estate Ordinance.
