HomeMy WebLinkAbout003 18 71March 18, 1971 Meeting of the Chubbuck Zoning Commission was called to order at 7:10 P.M. by Chairman Del Peters. Present was Bob Wilson, Jack Menard, Allen Martin, Dwain Kinghorn, Rod Parrish, Bob Wilson and Jim Branson. Also present from the city council were Dennis Leslie, Earl Romriell, Wayne Taylor and Mayor John O. Cotant Jr.. Minutes from the meeting of February 18, 1971 were read and approved. Jess Coffin inquired about building two duplexes in the Neider Addition. He was asked to submit his building plan plus the exact location where they would be built so the board could evaluate this in making a decision. BOb Beckley inquired about placing a mobile home on a lot in Greener Pastures. He was asked to submit his plan and location, also a Federal housing and engineers report on the mobile home then an answer would be given him. Also the new owner of the old Magleby home on Yellowstone inquired about building some office space and a work shop for his wife's business. As this is a commercial area he was encouraged in doing so. Various aspects of zoning as related to ce~'tain areas was discussed by the group. Some changes and coloring of the city map was done.
