Meeting called to order at 7:15 P.M. by Chairman Del Peters.
Present: Jim Branson, Allen Martin, Rod Parrish, Dwain Kinghorn and
Earl Romriell.
Jack Egbert being absent there was a discussion on this. Earl iloF~iell
had visited Jack about his desire to serve on the board. He expressed
his desire to stay on and said if he could not be present his would be.
It was the vote of the Board as present this would not be a workable
situation and it should not be encouraged.
Some time was spent over discussing and airing various ordinances and
their application and workability to the City of Chubbuck.
Del Peters said the City of Chuhbuck should adopt a trailer ordinance
for the trailer residential areas.
The zoning board took a vote on the appointment of Jack Menard to the
zoning board. All were in favor.
Zoning Board said they are ready to adopt the Pocatello Zoning Ordinance
#1567.
