Meeting was called to order by Chair~n Del Peters at 7:15 P,M.
Present:

Joel A. Anderson, Jim Woodland, Kent Parrish, Mayor John O. CotantJr.
and Councilman Dennis Leslie.
Minutes of February ~, 1971 were read and approved as read by unanimous
vot e.
The application by L. W. Bayliss to put a mobile home on his property
on South Afton so that his aged parents could live close by, so they
could take care of them as tbne goes by. This was approved unanimously
b~ the Zoning board providing it is placed on foundation with water
and sewerage as per Chubbuck city ordinance and requirements, also to
be removed when not needed for this particular hardship case.
The proof of sale of a lot on west portion of block 5~00 on Yellowstone
by Delos Hale was shown. This lot is being sold with the intention of
the buyer to place a mobile home on it. This was also approved by a
unanimous ¥ote by the Zoning Board. .~
A request was submitted by Joel A. Anderson, Jim Woodland and Kent Parrish
to build apartments on Hawthorne and the Chastain property. Action was
deferred because of lack of authority by the Zoning Board.
A map was prepared and colored by Mayor Cotant and presented by him
just as suggestive. After a ge~eral discussion on the Chubbuck Zoning
map the Mayor asked the Zoning commission to meet with the City Council
on Tuesday February 23, at 8:30 P.M.
