Meeting of the City o£ Chubbuck Zoning Board
Meeting called to order by Chairman Del Peters at 7:15 P.M.
Present: Del Peters, Bob Wilsoa, Allen Martin, J~ Branson, Jack ~ienard
Rod Parrish and Dwain Kinghorn.
The request of L. W. Bayliss to put a mobile home on one of his lots on
West Lindea was considered. The Board felt this request should be taken
under ad¥isem~t. Del Peters appointed Allen Martin and Dwain Kinghorn
to investigate and report at the next meeting on February 18, 1971, ~.~en
a decision would be given.
There was a lengthy discussion as to the classification of zoning of each
area as it was zoned per map by Wayne Ellis.
A motion wss made by Jack Menard and seconded by Allen Martin to zone all
that part west of Stuart canal in the corporate city l~nits Zone R-1.
Ail members present voted unanimous.
Also a motion was made by Allen Martin that we accept the remainder of the
map as it is now zoned , as prepared by Wayne Ellis. This motion was seconded
by Bob Wilson. In favor of this motion was 5 members and one opposed.
It was decided all zoning board members would meet with the City co~macil
o~ Tuesday February 9th to plan to proceed to answer question, s concerning
the Planning and Zoning Boards reco~mmendations.
