Meeting called to order by chairman Delmar Peters at 8 o'clock P. M.
Those present were Delmar,Peters, James B~'anson, Allen Martin and Council-
man Jack Menard.
E. A. Stuart and Leonard Bernt asked about plans for a trailer park also,
about a sub-division.
The Pocatello trailer park ordinance was read by De]mar Peters.
Delmar ]~'eters stated theft traile~ parks have been ta~ed the full 20% every
since the year it started.
In Section 3.3 Pertaining to license fee
Alle~' Martin stated that a business license would be fair but the two dollars
a month stated in the o~dinance should be omitted. DeLr~ar Pete~s slso stated
he was against the two dollar fee.
Commission feels that all city business license should be based on the volume
of business. Voting was unanimous.
In Sextion 5 5.1
Change Commercial Hiway to Commercial General. Change ~esident R-2 to R-4
Section 5 5.9 $~$
Add A-1 If trailer is 20 feet wide or more, lot size should such dimension
to meet 5.9 b3¢.

Strike out the last part of 1st sentence after buildings.
Allen Martin made a motion that City Council adopt Pocatello Code with the
exception of changes stated above. James Branson 2nd the motion . Voting
was unanimous.
