city municipal building June 23, 1972.
Meeting called to order by Chairman Del Peters at 8:15 p.m.

PUBLIC HEARING - to act upon a variance reeuest of Michael B~omce to allow the
placement of a mobile home on his property which is zoned a~ricultura! trcnsitional.
After a brief discussio~, Jim Branson made motion the co~ission approve a one
years conditional variance to allow Mr. Bunce to place a trailer on his ten acres
which is zoned agricultural transitional. Wilbur Beall seco~ded. The vote was
~omanimous for approval and to be recommended to the city council.
FAR~ LI~F£TOCK ORDI~\NCE discussed. Co~ission member JLm Bransen has rewritten
ordinance with reco~_~ended changes discussed at last meeting. Additional changes
proposed during review were (a) Rabbits to be included with the recuireme~t they
be penned. (b) One animal unit to be allowed on present 1/3 acreage only - new
developments will require ~ acre before any animal units are allowed.
Ghairman Del Peters reconm~ended this ordinance be sent to n~yor and councilmen
for study.
B~[ISCOE ROAD REZONING REQUEST - Several zoning com~ssio~ members have received
personal calls from residents on Eriscoe road requesting the street be rezoned
so that mobile homes will not be allo:.~ed. After being discussed ~ zoning
commission~Wilbur Beall made motion Briscoe L~d. be rezoned from ~-2T to [[-3L.

Branson seconded. Ail co~ission members voting in favor ~,~ith the exceLtion of
Rodney Parrish who abstained from voting.
