Meeting called to order by Delmar Peters at 7:00 P.
Present were Delmar Peters,Dwain Kinghorn, Jack Menard,Allen Martin & Rodney
Parrish.
Con~r~ssion stated that the East & West side of Hawthorne down to Quinn should
be annexed into City.
Jack Menard made a motion that the city council take legal action against John
Valenty and Garland Henry for immediate removal bf their trailers. Allen Martin
2nd the motion. All present were in favor.
The Com~ssion discussed names for new members.
Jack Menard stated that Paul Thompson had said that the sign at the Mobile Manor
is against ~ubdivision Ordinance and that he would be into a meeting to discuss
it.
Jack Menard moved that meeting be adjourned. Allen Martin 2nd the motion.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:15 P. M.
