Minutes of the regular meeting of the Planniug and Zoning Commission held in the
city municipal b~ilding September 6, 1973.
Present.' Commission members, Allen Martin, Jack Menard, Rodney Parrish, and Del
Peters. James Branson and Lawrence Rawlins excused.
Meeting c~11ed to order at 8:00 p.m. by Rodney Parrish, acting chairman.
Minutes of the August 23 meeting read and approved as written.
Bob Vesser, 13+7 Parrish, stated he does commercial photography in his home and would like to build on the front of his home to operate his business from.
Mr. Vesser was informed it would be necessary for him to request a variance to ~11 ow
him to build and operate a commercial business in the front~_of his home which is
in a-~. Residential - & zone.
RODNEY PARRISH presented a proposal by Land Investments, Inc. requesting an additional
area of land south and east of the present Mobile Manor be rezoned from the
present zoning of Agriculturar Transitional and Light Industry to a Residential-
2 Trailer zone. A letter of request and filing fee was submitted to the city this
day.
