Present: Chairman Jim Branson, Milton Klein, Allen Martin, Jack Menard, Rodney Parrish and Delman Peters. Meeting called to order by Chairm_~u Jim Branson. asked Secretary read minutes of meetings March i and March 22, Chairman Branson~for corrections, there being non% minutes were approved. REQUEST PLACEMENT OF TRAILER FOR OFFICE SPACE Orville Mortenson, Superintendent of Oregon Construction company requested placing a trailer on property be- hind their present office area at &SO7 Yellowstone to be used for office use only. Delmar Peters made motion the commission approve this request, Martin seconded with all in favor. Mr. Mortenson was advised to meet with the council next Tuesday. He stated an immediate need and the commission suggested he contact the Mayor and perhaps the council could be polled personally by telephone. TROW.ER PARK - Clyde Turnbeaugh was present and informed commission he had purchased 2.87 acres on Valenty Rd. just east of Tebe's Sheet Metal and he would like to develop a tra~]er park on the property. He was advised he would be required to request a public hearing to allow the development of a trs~!er park on the property which is zoned C-3 General commercial. TRAI-~,E~ PLACEMENT REQUEST - Mr. & Mrs Don Mitchell, Briscoe Rd. were present and requested placing a tr~%er on their property for their married daughter and her husband to live in. Their son-in-law has been in an accident and unable to work. Mrs. Mitchell pleaded hardship case because of lO people living in their home. Commission informed the Mitchells a public hearing would be required with approval of planning and zoning commission and the COunCil. TRAIl.ER AND JUNK CARS ON END OF BRISCOE - Mr. & Mrs. Mitchell asked what the city could do about cleaning up the junk cars. Councilman Menard stated he would request serving notice on Earl Ellis to remove these junk cars. ANNEXATION of area north of Quinn Rd. and ~ of Hawthorne Rd. again discussed. It was su~ested by seversl P~Z.m. embers this area be annexed. Menard said he would recommend this to the city council. Rodney Parrish also favored annexin& a~ea west of Hawthorne Rd. from canal at Stuart Park north to Siphon Rd. This was discussed with va~-ing opinions. BAR X TRACTS SUB-DMSION - Outside city limits. Dale Kisling presented the plat to the commission as courtesy only as the tracts are over 5 acres each and not required to comply to the Chubbuck sub-division ordinance. Mm.
